I am really passionate about prevention, disease risk mitigation, immune system optimization and healthy ageing. And you do not need to wait to be in your 40s or 50s to start doing it.

 

Daily working experience has a big impact on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of individuals: everyone is aware of this.

 

A team or an organisation that works well is a team where:

  • people support and respect each other

  • mission and objectives are clear and there is consensus around them

  • everyone is engaged in their own role

 

All this can be enhanced by increasing employees’ wellbeing.
